He has a degree in PE and Health

Graduated from Belton High School in South Carolina

He went to the University of South Carolina and was a pitcher from 1997-2000

In 2000:
• He was voted the Most Outstanding Pitcher

• He was selected as an All- SEC Player

• He was selected as an All-American

He played Professional Baseball for the Arizona Diamondbacks Minor League (AA) organization from 2000-2004

Drafted in the 6th round

Pacific Coast Player of the Week in 2003

He has been the Varsity Assistant Coach at Anderson High School for the past two years
