AP TESTING 2023
AP Testing will begin on Monday, May 1st. This is only for students who are CURRENTLY taking an AP course. These courses include the following:
AP English Literature, AP English Language
AP Statistics, AP Calculus
AP Biology, AP Chemistry, AP Physics
AP US History, AP Government, AP Psychology, AP Human Geography
AP Spanish Language
AP ART

TESTING TIMES:
Students MUST BE ON TIME! Once testing begins, no students will be permitted to enter the testing room.
*All students must park in the HIGH SCHOOL PARKING LOT! There is no parking permitted at the church. Please be sure to allow yourself enough time to walk to the church.
7:30 am testing:
ALL students are expected to return to school when testing is complete. If any student must leave after testing, arrangements must be made with the attendance office PRIOR to testing!!!!
11:30am testing:
All students are expected to attend their morning classes and then WALK down to the church for testing after lunch. ALL Students will need to attend “A” lunch in order to get to testing on time.
WHAT TO BRING TO TESTING:
SEVERAL sharpened #2 Pencils. (Mechanical pencils are NOT allowed)
2-3 Pens with BLACK or DARK BLUE ink
An AP APPROVED calculator with the necessary capabilities.
Ruler or Straight Edge (needed for AP Physics)
A watch that does not have internet access, does not beep, and does not have an alarm. (SMART WATCHES ARE NOT ALLOWED)
Bottle of water (must have a secure cap)
Quick and easy snack for break
ITEMS NOT ALLOWED IN THE TESTING ROOM
Cell Phones, Computers, Smart watches, or any other device that can access the internet.
School materials (including books, notes, folders, paper and dictionaries)
Clothing with subject related information
TIPS for Test Day
Arrive on time!!! Once testing begins, you will not be allowed to enter the testing room.
Pack all necessary items needed for testing the evening before! You are responsible for bringing pencils, pens, calculators (if needed) and a straight-edge (if needed).
Wear comfortable, school appropriate clothing.
Eat a good HEALTHY breakfast and lunch. Testing will take up to 3.5 hours!
If you have 2 tests on the same day, be sure to pack a lunch! There wil be very limited time between tests.
Bring a Snack for break time!!! Quick and easy snack…nothing messy!
Afternoon testing will go beyond the school day. Be sure to make arrangements for transportation and let your coaches and after school activity advisors know that you will be late or unable to attend on testing day.
You must remain in the testing room until all testing is complete. Be sure to use your time wisely and DO NOT RUSH!
BRING AN UMBRELLA!!!!!
