Colerain High School has partnered with Parchment to request an education verification or to order and send your transcript securely. PLEASE ALLOW 5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR PROCESSING.  Click on the link below:

Current Colerain Students
Students are required to submit a "Request for Transcript" form in order for transcripts to be released to a college, coach, CCP, scholarship committee, or other organization.  Allow 5 days for processing.  Complete one form per school.  Click below to print the form or pick one up in the Guidance Office. 

College Credit Plus

Colerain students in grades 9-12 can participate in our College Credit Plus Program.  Contact your child's counselor to start the process.   A list of courses offered at Colerain High School are listed below.  This list is subject to change.

You will find the following information in the file:  
Letter of Intent- The intent to participate form lets the school district know that you would like to participate in the program.  The deadline to turn this form in is April 1st.  This date falls during our spring break, so it is best to turn it in by March 29th.  Turning in the form does not obligate you to participate.  Students will need to apply to the college and be accepted in order to participate.  
The College Credit Plus Annual Presentation Slide Show- This is the slideshow that was presented during the CCP Parent Information Meeting.  
CCP College Application Links-  There are direct links to CCP applications for the colleges that we work with most.  You are not limited to these colleges.  
CCP Eligibility Guidelines-  This is a direct link to eligibility guidelines for participation.
