College Application Checklist 
Your application cannot be processed until this checklist is completed IN ORDER.  Click below to print checklist or pick up in the CHS Counseling Office.

Transcripts
Students are required to submit a "Request for Transcript" form in order for transcripts to be released to a college, coach, scholarship committee or other organization. ALLOW 5 DAYS FOR PROCESSING. Complete one form per school.  Click below to print form or pick up in the CHS Counseling Office.

CHS College Corner
Senior students and parents are encouraged to stop by.  Located in the CHS Counseling Office. This is a resource center for college-bound students. Highlights include:  library of view-books from 100 different colleges around the country, college-rep contact information, ACT/SAT resources, comprehensive school guides, and scholarship opportunities.

Scholarships
Once college applications have been submitted, shift gears to apply for scholarships!  Check out the Scholarship Information link as well as the scholarship files in the College Corner located in the Counseling office.

Senior BRAG Board
Located in the College Corner.  Bring your college acceptance letters to your counselor.  We will proudly display a copy on our Brag Board!

Junior College Bound Program
Students received a Junior College Bound Planner during an Extended Advisory in November of their junior year.  Please review this information with your student and contact the counseling office with questions.  See attached below.
 
Senior End of Year Events and Cap and Gown Order - 2024
The price is increasing and will continue to increase the longer you wait.  
 
 
Capstone Project and Work Hours for Graduation 
Some seniors will need this information for their Capstone Project and/or Work Hours toward graduation.  If you were not made aware of this requirement, you likely do not need to complete this for graduation.  Any questions, please contact your guidance counselor or Mrs. Davis.
