Student Fees

Student Fees

Fees will be charged to cover the cost of supplementary materials used by students.  These materials are kept by the students or consumed throughout the year.  Parents will  receive information on fee amounts at the beginning of the school year.  All students will be assessed a fee for technology, headphones, planner (1-5), art and a communication folder.  All unpaid fees and fines will accumulate and must be paid in full prior to attending prom and graduation and receiving final transcripts. 

Free/Reduced applications are used to determine if you qualify for a possible fee waiver.  This form is available online at https://www.lunchapplication.com/ or in the school office for anyone wishing to apply.   Please note, to have any school fees waived this application is required.  


Payments can be made in full by the end of the academic year.  Partial or full payments can be made in the following manners:

  • Online at PaySchools (under the Parents tab of our website at nwlsd.org/pleasant-run-elementary-school).  Call the school office for your child’s ID number.

  • Check - Checks are made payable to NWLSD.

  • Cash - we are unable to make change – the change amount will be credited to your student’s lunch account.
