If your child will be participating in a sport this school year please make sure you child has a current (within the past 13 months) physical form on file with the CMS Athletic Director (Tracy Adkins/[email protected]) and log on to Final Forms and make sure all of your athlete's paperwork is completed and up to date.

Student Athletic Pass information:
New to CMS this year is an All access student athletic pass. This pass can be located on our web site by clicking the link below. Scroll down past VB and FB tickets to purchase the pass. https://www.nwlsd.org//athletics8023.aspx
The Student Athletic Pass is only valid for K-8 students to purchase and only valid for Colerain Middle School and White Oak Middle School home events. This includes any middle school games played at Colerain High School. The pass is non-refundable and cannot be shared between students. Possible suspension or termination of pass if shared.
The cost of the pass is a one time $25 + processing fee. At this time we are not offering an adult pass.
