Volunteers Needed

Posted on: November 7, 2017

Colerain and Northwest High School will host their Finance 101 games in December in partnership with the Cincinnati Police Credit Union. The games are a wonderful opportunity for our students to learn the Game of Life. During the event, students will travel through a life-sized game board in which they’ll be assigned a career and a salary. Students will progress through stations to determine their fate as an independent adult. Students will be given a scenario in which they may be single, married, divorced, have children and will have to budget to pay for rent, food, insurance, car payments, and life’s little surprises. We need a number of volunteers to make this program a success. No math skills needed, just adults who have learned to navigate through life! Volunteers will staff a station at the game. Chairs will be available, so volunteers may be seated during the game. The dates and times are as follows:

Colerain High School:
When: Wednesday, December 6th, 2017
Time: 7:15 am-12:00 pm
