How to Submit a Maintenance Request
We’ve implemented a new IT and Maintenance Helpdesk Ticketing System called Incident IQ.
Please use this link for both Technology and Maintenance department requests. The new system allows better flexibility, workflow and asset management for our departments.
To submit a new Technology or Facilities work order using Incident IQ:
Login using your District Google account (Google SSO).
