NOTICE OF SPECIAL BOARD MEETING
O.R.C. 3313.16 AND 121.22
In accordance with the Ohio Revised Code, the Northwest Local School District Board of Education hereby gives notice that a Special Meeting will be held on Thursday, April 6, 2023 at 7:30 AM. The Board will approve a motion to move into executive session for the following reasons:
- To consider the employment, dismissal, discipline, or the investigation of charges or complaints against a public employee.
- Conferences with an attorney concerning disputes that are the subject of pending or imminent court action.
- Preparing for or reviewing negotiations or bargaining sessions with public employees concerning their compensation or other terms and conditions of their employment.
- Matters required to be kept confidential by federal law or regulations to state statuses (FERPA 20 USC 1232g et al. and ORC 3319.321).
No action will be taken at the conclusion of the executive session.
