The Northwest Boys Track team won the SWOC League Track Meet for the second year in a row! They had MANY accomplishments!
*Malachi Snow was runner of the meet and set TWO new league meet records in 110 Hurdles & 200m. He also was 2nd in 300 Hurdles & 1st in 4x400 Relay.
*Brian Miller was named Boys Coach of the Year! He made sure his whole team was pictured for that honor!
*Izaki Wampeti was 1st in Long Jump and set a new league record! He was also first in 400, second in 100m and 1st in 4x400.
*Chris Barrow was 1st in High Jump and 4X400. He also placed 2nd in Long Jump and 3rd in 400m dash.
*TJ Johnson was 1st in Discus and 2nd in Shot!
*Diego Yun was on the 4x400 that took gold, and scored 3rd in 110 Hurdles & 300 Hurdles!
The girls team didn't win the meet last night, but they still had a lot to be proud of!
*D'Aysia Cotton took 2nd in High Jump
*4x200 took 2nd place, and our 4x100 & 4x400 came in 3rd!

Special thank you to Annie for being the best athletic trainer! Our team and school is very lucky to have her!

If you see any of the track kids, please make sure to congratulate them! They put in a lot of work, and they truly shined on the track last night! Many personal records (PR's) were set last night too, and the coaching staff is very proud! :)
