Northwest Local School District, in collaboration with The Healthcare Connection, is offering FREE, no cost medical and dental screenings to all school aged youth as part of our annual Health and Safety Fair. Screenings will be offered by appointment only during the Health and Safety Fair at Northgate Mall. Appointments are limited, so sign up online today!

*Medical and Dental appointments must be scheduled independently and families scheduling for multiple children should make separate appointments for each child. Screening services should not be used in place of sports physicals or regular, preventative care appointments with a healthcare provider, but may be a great opportunity to connect with providers and get referrals for pediatric care.
Once an appointment is made, a text confirmation to the phone number provided while scheduling, will follow. Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment to complete paperwork. If necessary, please be sure to cancel online at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.
