Meals will be available for pick up on Thursdays from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. at Struble Elementary, Taylor Elementary and Pleasant Run Elementary. This is open to all children age 18 and under, who reside within the district area.
Please note the following distribution dates: June 11, June 18, June 25, July 2, July 9, July 16, July 23, July 30, August 6 and August 13.
NWLSD takes our obligation to provide for our students very seriously. We recognize that all of our families have been deeply impacted by the recent health crisis in many ways. We welcome all of our families to participate in this process, however; we ask that each family take only what they need.
We have heard our community’s feedback and have made necessary adjustments. Please take time to familiarize yourselves with our recent changes:
Due to the large turnout on the last distribution date, we have extended the time by one hour and have increased our inventory. As noted earlier, our pick-up times will run from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. at each location.
As families arrive at the distribution locations, we ask that families remain in their vehicles. In order to maintain proper social distancing guidelines, food packages will now be placed in the trunk of each vehicle.
Our District has a wonderful partnership with the Colerain Police Department. We will be utilizing several of their officers to manage traffic flow and to help minimize congestion. We ask that our families and community remain patient as we try our best to feed the students in need.
