Mark Zimmerly NWLSD is proud to announce that Mark Zimmerly will be joining NWLSD’s Strategic Leadership Team as a new member of the Federal Programs Office.
Mark Zimmerly, who is also an Assistant Principal of Northwest High School, has been working in collaboration with Jenny Blust to learn aspects of the Federal Programs Office over the last year. As we enter into the 2022-23 School Year, Mark will begin his transition part time to the Federal Programs Office with Jenny beginning this Fall, splitting his time between Central Office and his role as Assistant Principal of NWHS.
“I have the utmost confidence in Mark as he begins the work in his new role and we appreciate his willingness to step up to help assist in moving our District forward,” said Darrell Yater, NWLSD Superintendent. “We know his presence on our Strategic Leadership Team will be vital to our district’s growth and development.”
Mark will transition into his dual role on August 1, 2022 at the beginning of the new school year.
“I’m excited about the opportunity to grow within the district and to work with building leaders across NWLSD,” said Zimmerly. “We are headed in the right direction as a district and I look forward to supporting that work on a larger scale.”
