NWSLD Announces New CHS Athletic Director

Northwest Local School District Announces New Colerain High School Athletic Director

Northwest Local School District (NWLSD) is proud to announce Matt Stoinoff as Colerain High School’s Director of Athletics for the 2021-2022 school year. Stoinoff, who has been employed in the Northwest District since 2014, is no stranger to Colerain High School. For six years, he has worked in a variety of different capacities at CHS, including as Assistant Coordinator of Athletics/Facility Manager underneath Craig Ulland, the current Director of Athletics. Stoinoff has spent his time at NWLSD over the years serving as a Secondary Instructional Assistant, Secondary Security Assistant and currently as an Assistant Supervisor in the Transportation Department.

“I am thrilled to be back at Colerain High School where I’ve spent six of my last seven years in our district,” said Stoinoff. Previously I was the Assistant Athletic Director under Craig Ulland. I would like to thank Craig for all his hard work and passion over his four years and everything he taught me about being an Athletic Director. I look forward to getting started working with our coaches, staff, students and our CHS community.”

Colerain High School’s current Athletic Director, Craig Ulland, announced his resignation which will be effective July 31, 2021, at the end of the school year. Ulland, who has been the AD for four years, has decided to step away from the athletic director role to spend more time with his family.

Stoinoff will step into the new role on August 1, 2021, pending board approval.
