Ma'Kiya lights up any room she enters. She is an amazing example of what it means to be a true Cardinal—facing challenges head-on and pushing through them with determination. Ma'Kiya is always willing to try new things and never gives up, even when something is difficult. She works incredibly hard in class and is constantly striving to become more independent as she enters adulthood. One of the hardest-working students, Ma'Kiya, is always eager to lend a helping hand to both staff and classmates. No matter what may be going on in her life, she shows up with a positive attitude and a bright smile. Ma'Kiya consistently goes above and beyond, making a meaningful impact every single day.
