Northwest Local School District (NWLSD) is proud to announce that the district has earned an overall 4-star rating on the 2025–26 Ohio School Report Card, exceeding state standards and achieving a key goal of the district’s One Plan in the second year of the three-year plan. The Ohio Department of Education & Workforce plans to release report cards to the public Tuesday, September 15, 2026.
NWLSD has now improved its overall rating for two consecutive years, climbing from 3 stars in 2023–24 to 3.5 stars in 2024–25 and now 4 stars in 2025–26. The full-star increase in just two years reflects the sustained work of students, staff, families, and the broader Northwest community to improve student outcomes across the district.
