On Thursday March 27, the Ohio Valley Forestry Fellowship will be delivering a tree for every student at MHE. The trees will go home with the students on Friday, March 28. The OVFF started in 1979, with a simple mission: to plant more trees! Today, the Ohio Valley Forestry Fellowship partners with other conservation organizations to plant and manage trees in the tri-state area. Every year, they host a tree giveaway for local schools and libraries. Monfort Heights Elementary is proud to be one of the schools partnering with the OVFF again this year. Please encourage your student to plant the tree they receive with the family during Spring break!

The Monfort Heights PTA Neon Night Glow Dance is one week away!!
Grades K-2: Thursday, March 6th from 7:00-8:30
Grades 3-5: Friday, March 7th from 7:00-8:30
This PTA sponsored event is FREE for all MHE students and one VIP adult! No RSVP required! Two tickets will be distributed to every student next week.
We will have a DJ, photobooth, snacks and drinks.
See the flyer below for details - can’t wait to see everyone get there GLOW on!
