Monfort Heights Elementary School

Parents/Guardians, We are pleased to announce that the Northwest Local School District has transitioned to Infinite Campus, our new Student Information System (SIS). Infinite Campus will serve to replace our previous system, DASL/ProgressBook. This new system will provide enhanced capabilities and a more user-friendly experience for students, parents, and staff. What You Need to Know Account Creation - All parents/guardians are required to create a new Infinite Campus account. Step-by-step instructions for setting up your unique user account are provided below. Please note that this initial setup will grant access to the Parent Portal and prompt you to complete the Annual Update verification. Annual Update verification is required upon initial login and must be completed by August 13th. Information such as teacher assignments and class schedules is not yet available but will be released prior to the start of the school year. Please see the instructions in your email on how to create your new Infinite Campus Parent Portal account.

NWLSD will once again partner with Colerain Township First Responders and the Hamilton County Communications Center to conduct critical incident training aimed at strengthening school safety and emergency preparedness. The trainings will take place on Tuesday, July 29, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and Thursday, July 31, 2025, from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Northwest High School.

THE TRAININGS ARE NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.

To create a realistic training environment, simulated gunfire using blank rounds will be used, and emergency vehicles and personnel will be on-site throughout the day. Community members should not be alarmed by their presence.

“This training is an essential part of our commitment to keeping students, staff, and our community safe," said Darrell Yater, Superintendent of Northwest Local School District.

NWLSD will conduct Critical Incident Training at Northwest High School on Tuesday, July 19th from 8am-12pm and Thursday, July 31st from 12pm-4pm

Make sure your incoming kindergarten or new to Monfort Heights student is up to date on their required vacinations. Students will need to show proof of vaccination upon entry to school in August for the upcoming school year.
