Underclassmen Item Return/Pick Up


9th, 10th and 11th Grade Families,


I hope all of you are staying safe and healthy! I want to thank all of you for your support (and patience) as we have navigated through fourth quarter and remote learning. I know it has not been easy.


Please read this information carefully about our student “check out” process. 

To ensure the safety of all, you MUST remain in your vehicle for the process described below. No one should exit their vehicles.Face coverings/masks are also strongly encouraged. The process outlined below ensures that no cross contamination of items occurs. 


Dates and Times to Return Items and Pick up Items from Lockers:

Tuesday, May 26 - 1-4 PM

Wednesday, May 27 - 9AM - 12 PM

Thursday, May 28 - 9 AM - 12 PM


*** All 9th, 10th and 11th grade students are to KEEP the Chrome books (lap tops) and chargers that were issued by the school over the summer. Do not return those items as part of this process.


Station 1 - Return Music Department Items

If your student needs to return a musical instrument that is school property, please return these to the door right outside the band room.


Station 2 - Return Library Books, Textbooks, Athletic Department Items

When you enter campus, you will drive to the garage entrance near the choral music room at the back of the building. At this station, you will return any library books (list was emailed and instructions on how to check your account are on Google Classroom), text books (list will be shared on Google Classroom next week, contact your teacher if you have questions), musical instruments or athletic items that are school property.


Station 3 - PICK UP Items from Lockers/Classrooms

After you have returned items, please circle to the front of the building at the main entrance.

All lockers have been cleaned out, and all personal items have been bagged and are labeled with the student’s name and grade level. This includes main building lockers, Butler Tech lockers, gym lockers and music lockers. 


If there are families that can not make any of the three dates/times listed above, we can arrange a time later in the summer to complete this process.
