Vision and hearing screenings will be conducted on/after November 22, 2021.  If you do not wish for your child to have a vision and/or hearing screening, please contact the school nurse or fill out the waiver below.  Please feel free to contact the nurse if you would like to discuss your child's vision and hearing.
