Classified Employee Management Council Representative
My name is Susan Wullenweber, I have been working at Northwest High School for 8 years. I am the liaison between the classified staff in our building and the Classified Employee Management Council (CEMC). The meetings I attend allow classified employees a platform for questions, issues or recommendations. The CEMC meets 5 times during the school year. What to do when you know you will be absent?
You must enter your absence in two places, Time Clock and Aesop.
Aesop will be used to get you a substitute for the day.
You need to leave a note during the pay period that you are absent in Time Clock. You will have sick days that will accumulate each month.

Where do I find AESOP to enter an absence?
You will need to go to the NWLSD Website

Choose AESOP
Login (Username) First letter of your name and then your last name
Once you are logged in, you will be able to create your absence.
You must enter your absence by 4:55 am.
If you are unable to create an absence, you must notify administrators of your absence ASAP.

What are the pay periods?
We are paid on the 10th and the 25th of each month. You must enter any notes of absence or correction to your time clock within the period of time you have missed or you may not get paid! For example: if you miss on the 24th, 25th and 26th, you must enter the 24th and 25th within that time period. You then enter the 26th absence in the following time period. You must
put a note in, in order to get paid! This is very important.

How do I approve my hours?
You enter time clock
Click on View
Click on Hours
The top left will show you what time period you are in. Make sure any notes have been put in for corrections or absences. Your time must total the time you are to work on your contract, for example, 6:30 a day. This means you work 6 hours and 30 minutes. If everything is correct, you will click on the empty boxes approving your time for that day.

What if my hours don’t total my daily/week hours?
If you have a missed clock in/out, you must put in a note, then you must wait until your hours have been corrected before you approve your time.

Where am I able to see my payroll check?
You must go to the Northwest Local School District Website
Click on the (EAC) Employee Access Center
Make sure the School District is Northwest Local SD and the profile is Northwest Local SD- Live
Your username is 90000 _ _ _ _, the last four digits are your login for timeclock.
Your Password is the last 4 digits of your social security number.
After logging in click on Salary and Benefits
